- CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY:
As a customer, I understand when purchasing from Daisy DIY Flowers, I am accepting the role of planner and floral designer for my wedding/event. I understand it is my responsibility to know and follow the instructions provided to me and follow those instructions in order to have best outcome.
As the customer it is my responsibility to receive and care for all flowers. I am responsible for any mishandled products, meaning Daisy DIY Flowers is not responsible. Daisy DIY Flowers offers tools for flower care success. Please refer to Flower Care Document and watch video of How to care for your flowers.
- DELIVERY AND SHIPMENTS
Ship dates are determined by your event date. All florals are shipped overnight in order to arrive approximately 3 days prior to your event. Please set your event date on the cart page before placing your order.
- Wednesday Delivery: for events Saturday-Monday
- Friday Delivery: for events Tuesday-Thursday
- Tuesday Delivery: for events on Fridays.
Daisy DIY Flowers customers are responsible for accepting delivery of flowers, from any ground transportations whom may or may not leave at your door, as it is up to the driver’s discretion. If your flower boxes are stolen or damaged, or products damaged due to being left on the porch during inclement weather, heat, or cold, Daisy DIY Flowers is not responsible. If the shipping carrier is delayed, Daisy DIY Flowers is not responsible. Daisy DIY Flowers cannot control mechanical or weather delays that may impact shipping carriers.
- Upon delivery if there is no one to receive the flowers, ground transportation may require a hold on packages. This will result in forfeiting any rights to refunds with no exceptions.
- It is the customers responsibility to coordinate a re-delivery or pick up.
- Daisy DIY Flowers will be unable to assist with redelivery due to carriers’ rules.
- CORRECT ADDRESS/EVENT INFORMATION:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information for your delivery address and date of event. Daisy DIY will request and pay for overnight delivery for customers to receive products on Wednesday. Daisy DIY Flowers recommends you receive your flowers within 3 days of your wedding/event. If your event falls past the 3 day event window, Daisy DIY is not responsible for any flower loss or refunds. As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate dates and information including address when placing your order on our website. All Claims for Refund will be Denied if we receive inaccurate dates or delivery information. We will also be unable to ship replacements.
- FLOWER SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Daisy DIY Flowers reserves the right to make substitutions or changes on any order. All substitutions and any changes are only done if a certain flower is unavailable, poor condition or damaged in shipping. Changes will only be made when absolutely necessary. Substitutions will be of similar color, size and cost of original order.
- FRESH FLOWER RULE: 5% to 10% WILL BE LESS THAN PERFECT.
You understand as a customer of Daisy DIY Flowers that not every flower bloom, and stem will be normal. Daisy DIY Flowers guarantees fresh quality flower shipments. All flowers will come in thirsty and need a drink. Following care instructions and hydrating your flowers properly will help eliminate loss of blooms. This is why it is so important that all customers following directions with care and handling. Flowers need to hydrate or drink water for a minimum of 2 hours before removing any wrapping or to begin designing.
Flowers are a natural product that are unique to each other. This includes color variations, size variations and spots and imperfections may and will occur within bunches of flowers. You will probably not be able to use every stem in every bunch, this is your 5% to 10% rule of being less than normal. Daisy DIY does not guarantee every stem will not have imperfections. As you are prepping and processing (trimming away leaves, stems and extra greenery, you will break or lose a few stems) your flowers you will find this within your bunches. This is a part of the process and what florist do.
- CLAIMS, REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT FLOWERS:
As a customer of Daisy DIY Flowers, you must contact us and send a picture(s) within 24 hours of your delivery if there are any issues with your order; damaged flowers, major color discrepancies or missing bunches. Daisy DIY cannot issue refunds on slight color variations, as this is nature at it’s best. You understand that if you throw away flowers without sending us pictures and flower information, we will be unable to replace or refund those items.
Claims should be send to ORDERS@DAISYDIYFLOWERS.COM OR SUBMITTED HERE ON OUR FLOWER ISSUE FORM.
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER THE EVENT OR NOT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY OR WITHOUT SENDING PHOTOS WILL BE REFUSED.
Daisy DIY Flowers guarantees up to 90% of your orders will be as stated and pictured on our website. Remember as a florist you will lose a few blooms/stems during the shipping and hydration process. It’s considered “normal” in the floral world and expected.
If you receive flowers that are less than desirable or the complete wrong color, or if you are missing bunches, we will reship to you at no extra costs or refund your money of the damaged flowers if we receive your request within 24 hours of receipt of delivery along with 2-3 pictures.
Missing flowers: please look again through all your packaging and paper. The more delicate flowers maybe hiding within paper as they are double wrapped to ensure quality upon arrival. Contact Daisy DIY Flowers at ORDERS@DAISYDIYFLOWERS.COM IMMEDIATELY. Daisy DIY Flowers will overnight you missing items at no additional cost.
Weather/Mother Nature/Airlines Flight Issues: Hurricanes, Snow/Ice Storms, Acts of Man Kind, or Pandemic type catastrophes; Daisy DIY has the right to make substitutions to your order. All substitutions are carefully considered based on color, size, and price of flower. We will give you as much notice as possible. Be aware changes are sometimes made at the last minute beyond our control.
Daisy DIY Flowers is not responsible for damages resulting in inclement weather, freezing temperatures due to delay or extended absence on behalf of you the customer. Daisy DIY Flowers cannot control the delays of shipping companies or acts of God/Mother Nature. Complaints must be submitted with 24 hours of receiving your flowers and accompanied by 2-3 photos. Daisy DIY will do our best to solve any issues or concerns.
COLOR GUARANTEES:
Flowers are nature. Depending on soil, where plants are planted within a plot, how much sunshine, and moisture they receive the same flower bunch can have two different shades within each bunch. This is the beauty of Mother Nature.
*Daisy DIY Flowers CANNOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCH. Our pictures are taken with filters and lighting to give you the best color representation as possible. Product images depending on your monitor or phone screen can gives or skew tones of color.
- CANCELLATIONS:
Daisy DIY Flowers LLC allows for a cancellation within 60 days prior to scheduled date. After 60 days of scheduled delivery cancellations will be refused as flowers have already been purchased and secured from the grower.
- ORDER CHANGES:
Any changes to your order with Daisy DIY Flowers must be made within 16 days prior to the delivery date. Excessive changes may incur additional fees at the sole discretion of Daisy DIY Flowers. We will do everything we can to accommodate change requests, but sometimes we are unable to due to time limitations and availability of product.
- REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Daisy DIY Flowers reserves the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. Our services are subject to our acceptance of customers orders or requests.
Customers who are disrespectful, rude, use hate speech or excessively demanding will have their order canceled and money refunded as Daisy DIY Flowers discretion or anytime during or after the ordering process.
