Refund policy
CLAIMS, REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT FLOWERS:
As a customer of Daisy DIY Flowers, you must contact us and send a picture(s) within 24 hours of your delivery if there are any issues with your order; damaged flowers, major color discrepancies or missing bunches. Daisy DIY cannot issue refunds on slight color variations, as this is nature at it’s best. You understand that if you throw away flowers without sending us pictures and flower information, we will be unable to replace or refund those items.
Claims should be send to ORDERS@DAISYDIYFLOWERS.COM OR SUBMITTED HERE ON OUR FLOWER ISSUE FORM.
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER THE EVENT OR NOT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY OR WITHOUT SENDING PHOTOS WILL BE REFUSED.
Daisy DIY Flowers guarantees up to 90% of your orders will be as stated and pictured on our website. Remember as a florist you will lose a few blooms/stems during the shipping and hydration process. It’s considered “normal” in the floral world and expected.
If you receive flowers that are less than desirable or the complete wrong color, or if you are missing bunches, we will reship to you at no extra costs or refund your money of the damaged flowers if we receive your request within 24 hours of receipt of delivery along with 2-3 pictures.
Missing flowers: Please look again through all your packaging and paper. The more delicate flowers maybe hiding within paper as they are double wrapped to ensure quality upon arrival. Contact Daisy DIY Flowers at ORDERS@DAISYDIYFLOWERS.COM IMMEDIATELY. Daisy DIY Flowers will overnight you missing items at no additional cost.
Weather/Mother Nature/Airlines Flight Issues: Hurricanes, Snow/Ice Storms, Acts of Man Kind, or Pandemic type catastrophes; Daisy DIY has the right to make substitutions to your order. All substitutions are carefully considered based on color, size, and price of flower. We will give you as much notice as possible. Be aware changes are sometimes made at the last minute beyond our control.
Daisy DIY Flowers is not responsible for damages resulting in inclement weather, freezing temperatures due to delay or extended absence on behalf of you the customer. Daisy DIY Flowers cannot control the delays of shipping companies or acts of God/Mother Nature. Complaints must be submitted with 24 hours of receiving your flowers and accompanied by 2-3 photos. Daisy DIY will do our best to solve any issues or concerns.
COLOR GUARANTEES:
Flowers are nature. Depending on soil, where plants are planted within a plot, how much sunshine, and moisture they receive the same flower bunch can have two different shades within each bunch. This is the beauty of Mother Nature.
*Daisy DIY Flowers CANNOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCH. Our pictures are taken with filters and lighting to give you the best color representation as possible. Product images depending on your monitor or phone screen can gives or skew tones of color.
CANCELLATIONS:
Daisy DIY Flowers LLC allows for a cancellation within 60 days prior to scheduled date. After 60 days of scheduled delivery, cancellations will be refused as flowers have already been purchased and secured from the grower. If an order is cancelled withing 60 days of original order, a 20% processing fee will be accessed.
ORDER CHANGES:
Any changes to your order with Daisy DIY Flowers must be made within 60 days prior to the delivery date. Excessive changes may incur additional fees at the sole discretion of Daisy DIY Flowers. We will do everything we can to accommodate change requests, but sometimes we are unable to due to time limitations and availability of product.
